青菜涼拌芝麻豆腐

材料1
菠菜(綠色蔬菜)約手抓一小把
豆腐1塊
紅蘿蔔絲少許
調味料1
芝麻約三大匙
味噌1大匙
糖1大匙
味霖1大匙
鹽或鰹魚粉少許

1 前晚先將豆腐的水份瀝乾
用一個乾淨的盤子壓在豆腐上就可把多餘水份去除

2 將蘿蔔和青菜過水川燙一下後瀝乾備用

3 芝麻放在缽裡稍為研磨成粉狀

4 豆腐也放入一起磨成泥狀

5 再將調味料一起放入磨勻

6 最後再將紅蘿蔔絲和青菜放入拌勻即可
