涼拌小黃瓜

小黃瓜4條
蒜頭10粒
辣椒可隨意
白砂糖1.5大匙
鹽0.5大匙
香油適量

1 小黃瓜洗淨,過開水,以刀背拍碎,再切成適當大小

2 蒜頭洗淨拍碎去膜,辣椒切片備用

3 加入鹽.糖,翻一翻放入冷藏,等待出水(約10分鐘)

4 倒出多餘的水,試試味道(如果味道不夠,再加入適量鹽.糖調味)味道調好後,再放入蒜頭翻一下,冷藏20分鐘等待入味!
