生炒花枝麵。五木麵條

花枝400g
高麗菜片350g
黑木耳100g
熱水700cc
五木麵條。細關東麵4束
紅蘿蔔絲少許
橄欖油30cc
爆香材料
洋蔥絲100g
蒜末5瓣
蔥白2支
紅辣椒2根
調味料
砂糖15g
白醋45cc
鹽5g
米酒15cc
白胡椒粉5g
香油15cc
勾芡水
清水45cc
太白粉1大匙

1 花枝去膜,硬梗內臟斜刀切厚片切花, 泡入冰水冰鎮後撈出瀝乾備用!

2 高麗菜切塊狀; 紅辣椒去蒂去籽切片; 黑木耳切條

3 取一炒鍋, 倒入橄欖油, [爆香材料]小火爆出香氣...

4 放入花枝, 黑木耳轉大火炒至花枝捲起...

5 倒入熱水煮至滾...

6 放入高麗菜, 紅蘿蔔煮軟~ 下[調味料]試味道? 依家人喜好調整口味...

7 下[勾芡水]拌勻...關火前淋上香油提香, 蔥綠增色即完成生炒花枝的部份。

8 煮一鍋水, (1.水的量可多些 2.炒花枝前就可以開始煮了)

9 水滾後放入五木麵條。細關東麵煮熟後撈起..
